Auto Body Technician

Location: Cordova, Memphis, Millington and Southaven

The Auto Body Technician repairs damaged bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications, using hand tools and power tools.

  • De-Trim and disassemble vehicles
  • Utilizing parts carts for parts
  • Perform pre-pulls for repair vs replaces decisions
  • Assists in identifying parts needed for repairs.
  • Perform quality repairs without passing on defects.
  • Utilize technical information sheets along with work order for all repairs
  • Follows DCC’s quality control process.
  • Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe environment.
  • Comply with all DCC saftey rules, guidelines and standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager to ensure efficient and effective repairs

 Collision Center Estimator

Location – Olive Branch

The Collision Center Estimator is responsible for capturing every viable job that enters the building. The position writes accurate estimates and follows the vehicle progress through the repair process. Responsible for educating customers about the repair process. Keeps customers informed and files updated.

Olive Branch Location

The Auto Body Detailer is responsible for pre-washing vehicles as required and clean and detail cars prior to final delivery to the customer.

  • Responsible for supporting management and coworkers by completing general cleaning responsibilities.
  • Keeps detail area organized clean and safe
  • Perfom other duties as assigned by Manager to ensure efficient and effective business operations.

Automotive Paint Technician
Oxford Location

The Automotive Paint Technician refinishes all repaired vehicles to DCC standards in accordance with factory and dealership specifications, using proper refinish equipment.

  • Paint technician is responsible for refinishing of all assigned vehicles.
  • Follow written work orders and prioritize work efficiently to meet target dates
  • Perform refinish procedures according to factory specifications maintain acceptable cost per paint labor hour
  • Follows proper refinishing procedures in compliance with OSHA guidelines.
  • Follows vendor procedures to maintain tools and equipment including maintenance of paint booth filters.
  • Maintains a clean organized work space.
  • Proper management of material costs to maximize usage and control inventory.
  • Perfom other duties as assigned by Manager to ensure efficient and effective repairs

Collision Center Office Manager
Cordova and Memphis Locations

The Collision Center Office Manager is responsible for providing superior customer service to DCC customers throughout the repair process. The position helps to manage the center’s volume. CSRs are also expected to manage customer payments and maintain accounts receivable collection balances in line with DCC’s standards. Duties including answering phones, scheduling repairs, typing correspondence, preparing reports, data entry, billing and filing. The position also provides general administrative support to the Manager and Estimator positions.

  • Consistently gathers customer information and providing basic information about DCC’s services. Accepts feedback and coaching on continuously improving sales skills, and gives feedback to other team members. Greets and assists customers by phone or in person, schedules vehicles for estimates or drop offs, checks in vehicles and assist in delivering or picking up customers.
  • Monitors work volume scheduled for center.
  • Maintains a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
  • Obtains appropriate information from morning admin meetings and follows up on all assigned action items to properly update customers. Assists in resolving problems if customer cannot pick up vehicle when completed.
  • Assists in carrying out DCC’s process on customer communication throughout the repair process (every other day at a minimum). Ensures that all customers understand the CSI “10” survey process.
  • Maintains his/her workspace in an organized manner, as well as monitoring the reception area/rest rooms to ensure they remain neat and clean. Adheres to DCC dress code and wears appropriate safety equipment.
  • Perfom other duties as assigned by Manager to ensure efficient and effective business operations.
